All pieces are handmade.

2. Delivery Coverage

International delivery arrangements are handled individually and may require additional processing time and cost confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)

6. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Details

8. Responsibility & Liability
Once an order has been successfully dispatched and handed to the logistics partner, transit handling falls under the courier’s operational control.
However, we actively assist customers in resolving delivery concerns where necessary.
