All transactions, policies, and obligations are executed under this structure.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering binding agreements.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service where these conditions are not met.
3. Products & Craftsmanship
All D’FOOTPRINT footwear is handmade.
Due to the nature of handcrafted production:
Minor variations in texture or finishing may occur.
Slight color differences may appear due to lighting or screen display.
Measurements must be provided accurately for custom orders.
These variations do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions or pricing without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
We accept all payment methods supported by Paystack, including but not limited to:
Debit and credit cards
Bank transfers
Other supported local and international payment options
For Pay on Delivery orders, confirmation may be required before processing begins.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
5. Accounts & Guest Checkout

D’FOOTPRINT is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.
6. Production & Delivery
Processing time ranges from 3 to 7 days, depending on volume and order type.
Delivery timelines vary by location and logistics provider.
Shipping costs and delivery arrangements are communicated prior to dispatch.
Additional charges may apply in cases of failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.
7. Complaints, Replacements & Refunds
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Most verified issues are resolved through replacement.
Refunds are issued only under approved and verified conditions as outlined in our Complaints & Resolution Policy.
Custom orders are refundable only where D’FOOTPRINT is responsible for the error and strict conditions are met.
8. Pricing & Modifications
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
Adjust pricing
Modify product availability
Update website content
Changes do not affect already confirmed and paid orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Nigerian law:
D’FOOTPRINT shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses
Consequential damages
Loss of profit
Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
Our liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
